Standard Parts Discount

We offer 25% off OEM List Prices, not a discount off a higher List Price, like some other dealers. So be assured that the price you are getting is the RIGHT price. We know you have a choice with the increased competition of outside vendors, but you might be surprised at some of our prices. Audi has lowered many of their List Prices to accommodate this and therefore the savings are passed on to you.

Will Call Parts Discount

To better serve our customers, we have implemented a new 30% "Will Call" Parts Discount.

All Parts will be discounted an additional 5% for all Wholesale customers that wish to pick their orders up instead of choosing the delivery option.  

Policies

Warranty Information

Audi warrants the Original new & remanufactured parts and accessories it sells against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months commencing on the date of sale. For more information about our Warranty Policy, please contact us.

Return Policy

All returned parts must be in original condition and packaging

No returns on electrical parts, airbags, pretension seatbelts, sheet metal, glass and any parts that are painted or primed by customer.

Any acceptable parts may only be returned within 30 days.

Special Ordered parts returned within 30 days will incur a return fee of 25%

All sheet metal, glass, body panels and trim panels must be inspected at time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages after delivery.

If you have any parts to return, you must fill out a return authorization form and fax it to us in order to schedule a return pick-up. Our drivers are instructed to not accept any returns without a return authorization form. Please call to have a form faxed to you, if you would like to schedule a return pick up.
